Hi there. My name’s Laurie Abram and I’ve been helping people buy and sell their homes in Victoria since 1992. It has been – and continues to be – a wonderful experience. I love architecture and design, old and new. I love meeting people and negotiating deals. Mostly, I love the looks on clients’ faces when we find their eventual new homes. Or helping others sell their properties smoothly and effectively. Real estate has been a dynamic and rewarding profession for me and I’m so happy I found it.

When I was younger, I studied social work and special needs education and worked for a while in that field. As rewarding as it was helping children and their families, when my own kids became teenagers and needed my emotional attention more, I found I was stretching myself too thin. A realtor friend, who actually helped me buy my own first home with grace and finesse, invited me into the business and I went for it – and I’ve never looked back.

Being a realtor has given me so much opportunity to indulge my appetite for architecture as well as my love of photography. For over 20 years, I’ve worked in and around Victoria, helping people like you buy and sell your homes, condos, townhouses and revenue property. And, oh yeah, a beach resort! I might say that my forte is in assisting new buyers (and sellers) who aren’t familiar with the process. I get that it can be a bit overwhelming – there’s a lot to do in a short period of time – and I love helping keep my clients within their own comfort level, minimizing stress as we work through every stage of the transaction. My satisfaction watching my clients of all ages and levels of experience take over their new homes is beyond description!

I’m experienced, a multiple award winner and, I believe, well-respected by my colleagues across the board, whether as a listing or selling realtor. Real estate is what I do and I love it. And the people I meet along the way!
